Sa not working properly - Jibin - 07-07-2018

I recently downloaded gta San Andreas on my laptop.
Game starts correctly but after the loading screen the fps drops to 15 and below.
My laptop specification : win 10
                                            i7 7th gen
                                            Gtx 1050ti
                                            16gb ram
                                             Directx 12
Some other old games I tried also have similar problem while running.

I have similar problem. It is actually a fault in Windows 10's software update where it cannot properly use the PCE slots and Desktop Manager is not allowing it either. Can also be caused by sync from DVR.
