Hey 4rjan, sorry you had to deal with this. As for VanisheD, it was definitely spawn kill, I even told him to stop before he finished. Ive decided for VanisheD a two day ban since its his first offense.
As for your second video, its been agreed you had plenty of time to run and you were just baiting his kill. I was watching when this occurred too.

The chat says that i can't go into my house because of damage that occurred before my death. This strongly indicates that this is spawn killing.

You could have ran anywhere. You had more than 10 seconds to get into a car and drive off. Youre seen standing by your door running back and forth when you could be running away.
