Complaining - Mr.Rambinho - Starboy - 07-09-2017
Hello LVP Crew,
I was randomly fighting against different players then this 'Mr.Rambinho' joined and started using sniper to get kills. i went near him fought against him many times but failed to kill, infact i was unable to cause little harm on him when he had low health.
Since his ping was 198 - 220, it made me think of those pakistani regulars which play in the server daily, i had a little chat with him which i posted below:

I kept going to him to fight and get a kill, i failed, then i tried out to fight against him with sniper, which revealed the truth of him using/Toggling some hacks/cheats. the videos are a crystal clear evidence:

As you can see, in all 3 fights the player was invincible (barely took hits) where ever i made a shot (on Head, Belly or chest). But Heads up (The getting sniper shot [Animation]) played every time when the player got shot.
It cant be a headshot bug because the last video explains it well.

Hello, thanks for the report.
Even though we take a look at videos, we can't ban for health hacks based on videos.
There are tons of legit bugs in SAMP that can cause the things seen on the video's, sorry.
But we will take an extra eye out him. Even though I've been fighting him a lot tonight and he didn't seem to be cheating. (But this could ofcourse be because I was logged in as administrator, will also see undercover
)==
Please take note that we only accept footage that can in no way even have the slightest possibilty to be caused by a bug. And is clear to be very recent and from LVP.
