Hello Yassir,
You have been once for no reload as far as i remember but you didn't remove those cheats and you were using it again but i wasn't sure so i decided to fight you undercover and when i came undercover every member of your gang was hacking including you as you all got banned once so i didn't gave you any warning and banned you, just wanted to say its not possible to shoot that fast with sniper without reloading as you were shooting so your ban will stay for 7 days.
Don't try to join the server until your ban expires and you will be unbanned after 7 days.
