As a player I feel I need to have a word on the subject, as should have any other player, because what's this server without us?
I feel disgusted how Deer was handled. He was on the server while a lot of admins who probably voted for him to be out were not online for a while. He gave a fuck about this community while others haven't logged in in ages. Until when is this going to be accepted? An admin being demoted because a few players had a vendetta against him, baiting him and forcing a response from him, how much do you think one person can take?
This should be a democracy, if you give no "power" to players then this is nothing but a dictatorship, as you should take in consideration everyone's opinion.

No. Las Venturas Playground is not a democracy. Even if it were, being a democracy certainly does not mean that every aspect of the decision making process has to be based on public consensus. (Which would actually be a really interesting social experiment, but that's out of scope here.)
