If you're talking about [H]Smash, Robin banned him for using aimbot.

As for the 2-shot, this tournament has very clear rules. Both clans should agree to using 2-shot prior to the match, otherwise they play 4-shot. That's exactly what happened today.

To make things clear,first of all it was really interesting and well played by everyone.About the controversy regarding 2shot,I warned you several days before that 2shot vs 4shot wouldn't be happening so it's pointless to say we never told you anything.I hope we can continue the upcoming matches without much issues. :)
