Unfair punshiment. - Jayce. - 05-30-2016
Hi, I would like to complain about [V]Lash, whose punished me for no reason just because he doesn't like me just like other V members.
Today I was killing him and [K]Sand, [K]Sand started to flame me in Arabic and I had nothing to do about it, and later on [V]Lash muted me because I complained about [K]Sand's Arabic-typing accent. Here are the logs:

finally I replied after all these 'fag dog donkey animal gay' insults:

What I know so far is that Sand also was muted, you definitely were not alone in this. I will investigate this and speak with Lash.

Yes, Sand is muted but seriously why did Lash mute me, I had enough of those insults already. Anyways thanks for looking into this matter.

I asked you and Sand to quit it, yet you continued. So I muted both Sand and you, because people were complaining about the both of you, the problem was between you and Sand and it was taken in the main chat for everyone to see. Sand has been spoken to and has agreed that this is unacceptable, and has apologized, but he has been warned that language this sever will result in a ban if repeated.

This sounds fair to me. Jayce, you currently are not at the stage where you'd be banned upon the next offense, but Sand is.

You actually warned us after I said 'you're coming from under a cow' and he continued so I said 'I'm not a fag' and got muted. If you warned me before I send 'you're coming from under a cow' I accept my punshiment but if not then you just abused.

Ok, so here's where we're at. If we go back far enough to get the full story which conveniently was left out in your post:

As we allow all languages here, there's no need to insult his adaptation of Arabic to English letters, as it seems to be very accepted by the internet and translators. I also noticed that you didn't once report Sand for his flaming; that's a much better option than flaming back. A quick trip to google can confirm his flaming on our end, and then you avoid even the minor, temporary punishment that you received. There's not much more that can happen with this; you were both at fault, though Sand moreso, and as a result has had a note added to his account and is being watched more closely.
