Holsje tried to ban Nuwani. Her sisters (Nowani, Noweni, Nowini, Nowoni, Nuweni, Nuwini, Nuwoni and crucially, Nuwuni) got involved, there was a bust-up and IRC has been offline ever since
No problems right now that I can see. There was an issue yesterday evening. One of my aliases (Grannuy) got disconnected, and I heard the same from another crew member - but all looks dandy at this time. Perhaps you could provide a screenshot of the error message that you get when attempting to reach IRC. Also, are you able to browse websites OK on your Android device?

At least you have Bakura to talk to.
Try clearing Chrome's browser data and reconnecting. Failing that, an IRC application (I recommend AndroIRC) might be a better option.

irc.gtanet.com will guide you to one of the GTANet IRC servers. Right now I am having difficulties with ds9.ft.eu.gtanet.com, but maple.nl.eu.gtanet.com seems to work so try that.
