[1] Bug.
[2] Lag (Rare).
[3] Ramp not working. [ANSWER: Change ramping ID to default [EX: /my ramp 0]]
[4] Changed Setting. [ANSWER: Change SECONDARY-FIRE [on controller setup] key to another key [EX: NUM0] and try to tap selected key to spawn your ramp [EX: NUM0]

This was already solved ingame by resetting destroyer's default keyboard settings in the SA menu.
