Thank you for taking the time to post these details. It is, however, hard to take action based on videos as there is no guarantee that those with "health hacks" are indeed health hacking. Whenever testing players suspected of using health cheats, we try various different commands such as a "fix", to see if they respond to our commands. If they do not, they're bugged and we force them to reconnect (rather than ban). This is fairly common.
We'll be sure to keep an eye out for them
