Hi,
As I was thinking how to go to Grove Street, my idea is to have another taxi location (/taxi 13) which takes me to grove street.
The price will depend on the kaufman's cab owner!

I don't really think it's needed. But for the time being, you can use /tune 2 which takes you to the Loco Low and is very close to grove street.
