Was desperate for a free photoshop crack and I had no protection now as soon as I click my cursor in any browser two new windows of ads pop ups. Not really into anti viruses w/e, solutions?

At least use AVG free version. x)
Usually it adds an extension to the browsers, just go to the browser's extension page and remove it. Or it might also install magically a program on your computer. Check out the latest installed software to see if there's a new and weird 'guy' in there.

Get the free version of MBAM (MalwareBytes), it's pretty much a must have thesedays.

Another good option is HitmanPro: http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro
Running that, alongside MBAM as Fate mentioned should be enough on the malware side.
Furthermore, what browser are you using?

Downloaded MBAM and it effectively decreased the pop ups, I guess as I scan further chances of pop ups becomes less. I had AVG and it kinda sucked Pedro!
I'll try that, Granny. I'm using Google Chrome.
