Hello lvp crew,
I am not writing this on behalf of beta gama or neither i am writing this to explain to that guy [sLK]Haze who banned him. I am writing this because an innocent guy has been banned from the server who he has been playing since 5 years by now. Ok, the reason is aimbot.. firstly, im not gonna say anything regarding aimbot (he used or not (ofc not) ) .. You guys banned that sophia for aimbot few months ago and he got unbanned (even [sLK]Delic knows he used aimbot) but the LVP crew said that sophia has been a part of lvp for a long time and being an oldschool player he got unbanned by Jay. Now what? wasn't beta gama oldschool? he has been playing since 2009 and spent so many hours on lvp enjoyed every single minute ..and suddenly [sLK]haze who hasn't been much in lvp for quite a longer period suddenly comes up and ban a player for aimbot? for your kind information haze he has a better PC than ur [sLK]ryder which can run any good game on good fps..and beta gama plays on good fps thats why hes aiming is good + hes an oldschool player he has shit loads of experience of hitboxes..if he win a duel vs u that doesnt mean u are sLK u are a god or whatever that nobody can beat u ...
If i would make a poll who is the best aimbotter or is a detected aimbotter mostly the people will vote for [sLK]ryder ..im not going personal over here just stating facts..ryder's uzi follow's any high pinger movements and doesnt hit any shot..
I am just gonna say ending lines that beta_gama is a clean player and has always been...this is a disrespect banning an oldschool player who has a love for this server this fuckin game called samp...im not gonna say that he has clean pc go teamviewer him this and that ..because i know he does have a clean pc he doesnt even have windows media player for listning songs for fuck sake his only using one clean gta sa + samp client
IF U REALLY THINK HE AIMBOT GO DUEL HIM ON ANTICHEAT SERVER (I HAVE ONE) WHICH REQUIRES AN ANTICHEAT CLEINT AND IF ANYTHING IS MODDED IN UR GAME IT WILL STRAIGHT AWAY BAN U FROM ANTICHEAT + U WILL BE KICKED FROM THE SERVER ...

1) I'm confident that Haze haven't taken this action based on a personal level. And let us not forget that Sammo have also witnessed the incident and he advocates Haze's notion

2) If you're suggesting that any other player is using an aimbot, I kindly request of you to to report your case in a separate topic in the correct forum board. Implying that a player from Haze's clan, sLK, is using an aimbot will not support your sentiment.
Remarkably, I find most of your arguments to be feeble. We cannot agree upon un-banning Magesh because now we're informed that his PC is way better than Ryder's and it can run better games than Ryder's PC can.

Perhaps this is the only comparison that may get you somewhere. If I were you, I would join #LVP and take this discussion into a private chat with a management member, instead of making a public fuss about it. You should try it too, I personally think it'll be of an improved outcome.

+idc if its sLK or whatever clan...let me give u example...there is an attack/defence clan called TeK...its as much popular as sLK but sLK are in RW format...so one of their members got banned for aimbot few months ago...so it is not like this if its sLK they are fuckin gods of samp....and now beta gama jlined MwK...though he is not even the level of MwK ...he is much more experienced and good player....and he got banned for aimbot withour any legal proof/video...maybe u guys dont know beta gama that much bcz hes not one of those attention seekers in game and on forums..
i dont want to argue more i just want him unbanned...this is completely unfair seriously...

I presume no one saw your message on IRC. Bloodst3r and I just spoke to Scoob[Dx] on IRC.
Your posts isn't much of an argument for his cause. I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to tell us through the example of TeK. I don't see sLK as gods of SA-MP or anything like that. I trust both Sammo and HaZe in their judgement. The point I saw earlier about it being a revenge thing towards MwK or Magesh in person is simply not true. Magesh got banned on 2 occasions for having an aimbot prior to it being discovered it was him. After that, his second evade, he used his own name (the prior bans were on 2 different undercover names) on which he got banned for evasion. In between the two bans for aimbot and the evading ban, it was discovered that it was Magesh. Meaning it cannot have been a retaliation of any kind.
Having that said, when speaking to Scoob earlier, I promised him I would talk to HaZe and get some more information. I will review the ban and there will be a definitive reply soon.
I ask of you to await the outcome of this and let it rest in the meantime. After the outcome, whatever it be, I ask of you let it rest as well. Whether it's positive or negative, that will be the definitive outcome.

I had contact with him later that evening. However, his English is worse than I thought it was and I couldn't have a normal conversation with him. I asked him to bring someone who could translate for him but he only showed up twice alone after. Mind sending that message for me? He said he would be online @ 3PM yesterday but he didn't show up.

That won't do either, his English is not even close to good enough for him to answer any question. He gives an answer which is either totally unrelated or badly worded, making me misunderstand him or simply not having a clue as to what he means. We could try you as translator, if you want?
