You don't seem to be banned.
Install SA-MP 0.3x and try connecting to the server again.

yes I access other servers, but I usually enter the server uL to train a bit but I'm banned from doing nothing

but then there is that asks unban ie I went there to beg and say unban'm not banned but when I enter the server says I'm banned.
