every time i try to log into the server, the ip is 82.192.76.193:7777 and it says server didn't respond, retrying. since i see plenty of other people on, i assume this is some kind of problem with my game, but i have not playedon singleplayer, or mp for a bit, so i do not know how to fix this, and i request help please.

Ip is correct 82.192.76.193:7777. Do you have the latest sa-mp version? 0.3x

As striker said, you probably have an outdated version of SA-MP. You should download the latest client from here!
