Note: I installed her Samp this morning. When she tried to connect to the server for the first time (new computer, new windows, actually she never played samp before) and it said "banned from the server"

The nickname and IP you provided don't seem to be banned. There's a SA-MP bug which sometimes shows that you're banned from a server. Try reconnecting a few times and it should work.
Also, make sure you have SA-MP 0.3e installed.
