I'm Alexander8 ingame. I currently and stuck with a professional account.
When I go to the main bank and stand in the red circle and use the "/account upgrade" command it says "You need to be trust worthy and have a good reputation with the private bank before you can upgrade to a platinum account. You need at least 110 ingame hours!". I have 20 plus points and over 205 in game hours.
It already will allow me to bank my money at any time. But when I try to withdraw money it says "You are not at a banking point. try visiting the lv main bank and upgrading your account for more availability.
