I had around 11000 kills now just 2100 or something, can i has them back?

Those kills weren't legit and you know it. However, it appears that you had a kill streak of 7000, when most of the other affected players had kill streaks of 9000.
According to your recent stats, you're supposed to have about 4500 kills.
