Now im not a big Fan of HC4L but i think terror was banned for a reason that is not good enouth i think the ban should have been like a week or 2 but this has gone TO F***ING Far !

Don't see any reason to unlock.
We are allowed to deny every player to play on our server that we want, for whatever reason we may have. It's our server, so we can decide who is welcome or who is not.
Peter denied him, so that's our answer.
