[Question] Are Developers also 'helpers' - Biesmen - 06-16-2012
Hey,
I am quite interested in this question: Are we also helping people with account problems/SA-MP problems? Because, I think, we as developers got more rights in the server than admins(source, etc), it would be handy for the developers to help in the Help Requests board.
If this was discussed already, then I am sorry for restarting this discussion ;p

Most of the current developers are involved in those boards because they've been promoted to crew members afterwards (such as myself). Since being a developer doesn't necessarily mean you get the same rights as crew members, you can't really help yet (you require more permissions to do so).
However, as you seem like a very nice person I'm all for giving you temporarly moderator rights and seeing how you would perform ingame etc. We'll see where we go from there
.(In a couple of days I'll become increasingly active, so just poke me whenever I'm on IRC or so :p).
