Restricting it to once in 3 or 5 minutes would still make it very difficult for players to stunt. When it comes to free roaming, it'd be better if /vr could be used anywhere outside LV.

But eh, I disagree. I don't think you should be able to repair your car, it would be a bitch for deathmatchers to fight someone who can repair his vehicle, even if only every 5 minutes or so.
We want to introduce a stunting area (see http://forum.sa-mp.nl/index.php?topic=30438.0), so people who want to stunt, would have infinite /vr, /nos, and other cool commands for free.

it is just to protect her precious car bombs so ppl cant avoid them. so if all the crew member's gonna listen to sophia you might as well turn lvp in to a pure bombing server today.

And this whole /vr stuff (if not in cruises) would be abused.. we have witnessed this with /inf already
