/ctp says every 5 minutes, /tp says every 3 minutes. Screenshot provides enough info.

Okay. The 'teleport' text should be removed from /ctp though so it only says "You can only car teleport every 5 mins".
I guess I'm just being pedantic

I am missing a time note when using /tow! It only says: you have to wait a while (or something similar).
