So if you're low on health and you're getting attacked by another player, is it allowed to run to the interior? That's exactly what he did.. And has repeated that over 100 times.

If that player threw a nade while both of you are in an interior that's ok, most of the time you only get killed if the one who threw the nade ran outside.
If I naded myself in an interior that's also fine or even on the streets.
