I Think Kase is a valuable player and competent enough to have more rights. I don't think he's active enough like some other players LVM has (ie SolidRock) to get promoted though.
Lets wait for the reactions of the rest of the crew.

Kase is great, but he is a bit too inactive in my opinion.
