We talked about this in the crew section not too long ago, and we decided not to let other players use their own languages.
That's because crewmembers wouldn't be able to understand what's going on, and eventually wouldn't take action. There's /pm, /call and gang-chat for other languages, which can be used by everyone without any restriction.
