Terrorist chases - Beaner - 12-14-2011
Since all the areas except the Strip and the Gang base area are vehicle damage-free zones, terrorists get a huge advantage during chases. If a terrorist drives in any of these areas, his vehicle can't be damaged, making it harder for the ones chasing him. I feel this should be disabled when a terrorist chase is going on.
