Is it possible by limiting the seconds of making a screenshot, what i mean is like you take a screenshot and if you take another one you have to wait like 5-10 seconds. I mean won't it be better, so those abusers wont get away that easily.

It's not possible to do that server-side right now, taking screenshots is a client feature and we are not able to restrict it.
