As suggested on IRC, a topic about this, would be great if there could be pickups that are only available for specific players.
One idea I had for this has to do with killstreaks; getting a certain killstreak could 'unlock' pickups on specific locations. i.e. a rocket launcher for a 10 kill streak, or a dildo for a 2 kill streak.
