Why doesn't #LVP.Beta.echo have a password? My BNC is down right now so I joined the channel using Mibbit and I didn't require a password. The channel's description can be viewed on Mibbit which means that the server's password isn't hidden.

I have warned bluefox about the topics being visible with the passwords, but he didnt really care.
