Ohai.
Since LucaSsCoTT closed his because of all the crying. I figured it would be nice if someone else did. And since I thought of it anyway, why not do it myself.
Considering the playercount, it'll simply be 16 players, 1v1 until we get down to 1 winner.
A couple of rules seem needed though:
1. Every fight must have a referee.
2. No clanmates as referee.
3. Be honest when you are a referee.
4. Be active.
5. No crap in this topic.
The main objective for the referee is to see if anyone is warping or not. That's pretty much it.
The lists will be made using random.org
Each pair will fight 6 rounds. 3 ww and 3 rw. If you end up on 3-3, do one more round. You can decide whether it's rw or ww. If you both want something else, you both PM the each other a number ranging from 1 to 50. When you did this, the referee will say a number in the chat. The person who was the closest will decide whether it will be rw or ww.
The PMs about the numbers must be screened and posted along with the score. Same goes for the number the referee said.

the referee pretty much decides the winner in this conditions........and he might choose whoever he knows or likes the most.....
can you change the system?..and maybe a ping limit......500++ ping and good fps is still way harder to hit than 30 ping and good fps......even if you find his HB....it's still harder to anticipate his movements .

I found that problem as well. But I honestly couldn't think of anything better.

In PM,A tells B a number and vice versa.One of them screens this,as a proof.
The referee says a number and who's number was closer wins and choses the last round.
