Does anyone know some non-instant respawn, official maps, with as few mods as possible, active European servers with decent players? If you do, let me know the name.

Try Valve servers
Granted, they're usually filled with F2Pers, but if you don't mind being at the top of the scoreboard, that should be ok
Also, try the 'Play Now" button on the menu, I rarely get put in a server that's heavily modded.

Almost all the time I've been playing on Valve servers. I don't know if those are F2P's (when I was F2P I didn't suck that much) but many players them are horrible. I want more challenging opponents. Also teammates who use their brains for once (completely tired of seeing 5 snipers or 7 engineers).
