Why aren't we allwed to type ingame with caps? Not like its taking more room in chat or anything...
Just because some ass finds it difficult to read doesent mean it has to be forbidden, explain please.

A bit of caps is no problem, but some people tend to constantly spam their caps, which then is annoying.
If you use one line of it or so, you shouldn't be muted or anything.
