Its true what he said, he never did cheat or hack, he pretty much enjoys playing, he might be in an IP range where someone is banned, because he wouldnt do anything to get banned. Just saying the truth. What a cop or something would say "He's clean"

Doesn't need backing up, just need his actual IP as the IP he's given isn't banned and if he's joining and saying he's banned then obviously something is wrong.
