Sir i told you that i dont know what he did.And i even do not know how to activate cheats.The cheats i know only work in offline mode.And my bro (Prince_007) tried to do login in that server and he also got ban even he didnt do any thing.Sir please unban.Thanks

Well, someone using your account and IP got banned for cheating twice. And what you're saying doesn't convince me that it wasn't cheats, it just says that your brother could've done anything when you were outside.
I guess I'll have to deny your appeal.

The answer is no, cheating means a permanent ban from Las Venturas Playground.
