once i heard that argubly the hobo skins are faster than the usual which is pretty bullshit imo,
i think its only coz they are thicker and theres like a 1% chance of getting less hits

hobo skins and granny skins + the beach skins are fast running skins yes. same with maffia skins, and ryder/big smoke r the 2 fastest skins ingame

Why exactly is the hobo skin a fast skin?

What I think when I hear "fast skin" is what people used to relate Ryder and Sweet to. Because they can turn really fast.
They dont have the normal running animations scripted or whatever because they are only used in cinematics.

What do u mean by "fast skin"? as far as I know no skin is faster at running than others, including Ryder and Sweet. It's about the turning speed.
The hobo skin cant turn fast either

Afaik, same animation, same set speed, I don't see how any skin can be "faster" than another as they're all using CJ's animations, not the civilian animations. Regardless, the skinnier you are the harder you are to hit I believe, because GTA:SA registers hits when bullets collide with the model. However, this is just afaik, so I could be completely wrong, but I would like some hard proof that some skins run faster the others for me to believe that's true.

I think the whole "this skin runs/turns faster" theory is complete bullshit, people just want to make excuses for winning/losing fights.

There are some skins that turn remarkably faster than most. Some being Ryder and Sweet.
As for running speed I don't think there's a difference between any of them, it's only the turning thing.
