You were banned previously once for disrespecting a crew member, and yet after being unbanned your attitude wasn't properly fixed, once again you've flamed and been a racist toward other players.
You were banned by slein, wait for him to reply to you, and Do NOT join the server until a crew member states so.

You were banned for about 15 minutes for disrespecting a crewmember, after that you were unbanned. But after that you got banned again for racism (so technically this is your 2nd ban).
