You killed him and received his cash on hand, which was 33.368.793. That's a lot of money for someone who is not registered. Not to mention he didn't kill anyone.
Can you explain how he got that money?

when I spoke to him, he says that he did not know where the money come like someone giving him money...

There are no logs of money being sent to him. You can see that back in the log I posted. So far my guess is cheats.

hmmm...but this is so confused,my friend who the first time playing sa-mp has know using cheat. When i look her playing seem to be fine without using any cheat

Apparently not.. the money came from somewhere and that somewhere doesn't seem all that legit.
