Hello I have an i7 and look at my rating

My rating is 5.9 overall.. But they are all good exept the Hard Disk but i think it isnt bad.. cause it is 1.5 TB is it because C only has 451 GB and D has 931 GB if it is how can i change it and let C have 931 GB and D have 451 GB
