Was announced in 2009, then delayed till 2010. No one knows what the hell's going on, but they released some new screenshots just the other day

I have Max Payne 1 and 2 chilling in my steam library, both of them had fucked up mouse controls though so I haven't gotten around to playing them yet.

well it's been rumored that Max Payne 3 will be released this year, just wait for E3 2011 everything will be clear then.
i've never had problems with mouse on either of the games and i've played them about 20 fuckin times. must be your mouse thats shitty

The first one was definitely the better of the 2, better and more memorable plot, longer and harder too. Apart from the better gfx and mona sax looking smoking hot in the graphic novels, the 2nd one is definitely inferior to the original imo, way too short, way too easy and the majority of the levels are way too bland.
3rd one certainly looks interesting to say the least.

I have to say though, for a modern game the graphics look pretty bad. Hopefully this isn't the final version of the models, but I mean - the Anti-Aliasing on the first pic is appalling.
