Yes, but by default it is turned off. So if you have no idea how to turn it off, that means it is already off.

What videocard do you have? If its AMD you can turn off AA/AF through Catalyst control panel

Its deactivated by default anyways. So if you didn't turn it on, its off. And seeing as you obviously didn't feel the need to ask Google, I'm sure nobody here will feel the need to help you.
