hello , can someone help me , my probleme is if i record a video with FRAPS just 50sec or like this give me in video Size 300MB or 250MB can someone told me what i need do ?

That's because FRAPS records in and uncompressed format (.avi) best option would be is to use something like sony vegas 9.0, or windows movie maker and resave the video in .wmv or .mpeg2 format.

Fraps records in huge files, but at the same time it gives you a very good quality on the video.
What might reduce the size a little is; go to "Movies" and then check the box "Half-size". Other than that I don't think there's much you can do.

You don't need much more than 20-30 fps for a smooth video, recording at 60fps instead of 30 effectively doubles the filesize.
