Your original ban is for money-cheats, then you've evaded that ban a numerous amount of times and been banned for evading it.

It really doesn't matter who did it, but someone did, that someone got banned and will remain banned. Considering the amount we're talking about here and that you just say it was someone else, I'll deny your appeal.
