Join/Part/Newsmessage Toggle? - Xen0n - 09-06-2007
With the release of 2.80 I was bummed to see that we no longer saw join or part messages, or the messages that say when someone just purchased a property or has been jailed, then I find out that it still exists i'm just not able to see it.
My question is, is there a way to toggle those messages or a suggestion on how to get that back? I don't mod or change anything in my game, so I can't see how this stopped working around the time 2.80 came out unless i hit something and disabled it. Please let me know of any suggestions.

Heh, I only knew about the /settings command /clock.
But yeah, I have both messages off and clock on. Ftw! (I hate spam)

No, there isn't. Not for non-crew anyway, and only the mangement can pick new weather id is used.
