What I saw, besides your constant running, refilling and shiplaming is: shooting people on ship bugabuse (interior nading then running outside) avoiding jail (you seem to time out almost every time you're in jail) abusing /q (when near death you decide you "gtg") Also, please fix your FPS. It seems to go insane especially when you're near death. I saw you do these things, and when i decided to give you a warning you told me that i needed proof (to give a warning). You didn't seem to understand the warning, all you did was deny everything and told me that I needed proof. Therefor i am forced to ban you. Please come back in 3 days on December 30th 13:00 GMT. Try to enter the server before you are told that you are unbanned will result in extra bantime. Re: no tears - [NB]Zaibatsu - 12-27-2010 constant running and refilling = allowed? shiplamed maybe 1-2 times, but that only cause the one i was fighting, shiplamed too, not worth 3 day ban i suppose when i shoot ppl on ship, i get jailed, so that should be out of the question here interior nading doesnt do damage if u dont go outside at the same time, and i didnt, i was the one who was killed in that way 2 times avoiding jail`? doesnt make sense, how can i avoid jail`? LOL /q abuse? no i dont do that, i /q when i have to go fps is fixed i turned avg automatical updates down. and yes i still think u need a proof of me abusing things u say which clearly isnt true at all. and when i asked what's it gonna be, mine word against yours, you ban me. thats your answer, yeah real mature and fair. so from these accusings i accept shiplame i guess, and shootin ppl on ship to some extent (both of these accusings, i've been victim aswell and the accused one never got punished, but nvm that). so i hope u reconcider ur decision of 3day ban and think clearly things out before you answer this with your nerves pumped up Re: no tears - nielz - 12-27-2010 What you do not seem to understand is that this is not a discussion. I tried to explain it ingame when I tried to give you a warning that I do not need to have proof (we're not going to make a video every time we mute/jail/kick/ban). I've watched you for a long time, and I know what I saw (which are all the things i previously mentioned). The three day ban is still a light punishment, be glad and thankful. Don't try make it worse, thats how a warning turned into a 3 day ban. Remember to stop abusing after you have been unbanned. If you abuse again, the bantime will be longer.
