Give a clear description of the bug.
When I fly over the ship with a heli I'll throwed out of it.
What where you doing?
I was flying a heli.
Where there other players which encountered the same problem?

Not a bug.
Its the vehicle respawn area @ ship.

that was pobably because you were flying too low, if you fly high enough you can stay above the pirate ship, and even make some money if you are exactly above it, if you decend too much the heli will respawn

Nothing Can Be done About the Height, As Isplayerinarea Dosn't Mark Height. Its Just one of those Things You have to live with. Its the same with Casinos, If You fly Over them, Or walk on the roofs, You get the No Gamble Warning!

We don't use IsPlayerInArea anymore. It has been fixed anyways.
