Yes, you were banned by me for using ped.ifp, an illegal way to modify your game to make your charachter move in a different way or with a different speed (or it might even be speed hax, but either way you're banned). You actually ran like Usain Bolt on everyone's screen, and since I know really well how that works since I'm dealing with it constantly (especially in WW), your ban appeal is denied until you explain exhactly what happened there.

nothing happened dude that makes no sense to me ive never even heard of whatever that shit is you are talking about...been playing on and off since 07 and never heard of it....so whatever no wonder its dead these days....illegal modding thats fuckin pathetic who would do that...lame as shit.so why dont you explain to me what is wrong with your comp to make you not be able to identify "WARPING" which had been happening to me on all games cant explain it either wish i knew its very annoying
but at this point i dont really care...if an improper graphic card install is all it takes to get me banned i dont think i want to waste any more of my time here
