If someone creates a topic in
"[CSI]Complaints, Suggestions and Ideas LVP Gamemode "
or
"Help Request"
other normal members can't reply even if they know the right answer or have something to add (something ontopic).So I suggest that management should allow everyone to help .
Why did i suggested this? Well,because i recently posted something at "HelpRequest" and i could receive my answer only after a crew member decided to help me(thx matt)

Only management members and developers can reply in the CSI section indeed, if somebody writes a complaint about a crew members, the management has to look into this and then reply. It'll become a mess if the crew members replies himself, that's what the ban zone is for.
As for the Help Requests, every crew member can reply there
