Very strange - Ben - 09-01-2007 Hi everyone. I have been having a weird bug recently and has only been happening since 2.8. It is a very strange bug and is quite hard to explain but il give it a shot. Like many others i do /taxi 4 almost imediately after i sign in, once i have bouht my weapons and come out of ammunation, there seems to be some kind of screw up with the san andreas world and the desert seems to be put on top of the ground that is origionally there, i know this is hard to imagine so i got a picture to help. Its really wierd and eventually i start falling through the ground until i crash, i really dont know what the solution is. Maybe some admin played with the Map editor and put the Terrain there Re: Very strange - Sander - 09-01-2007 We don't have a map editor. And do you use 0.2.2 or 0.2.2-R2? Because I had some strange objects with the original 0.2.2, got a pre-R2 release, and it was gone, and then the final R2 was released, and it's still gone. Re: Very strange - Ben - 09-01-2007 Yea i could probably reproduce it seeing as it happened 3 times. But i got 0.2.2 for the testing server and kept it until we updated, so should i DL another one? Released 2 days after the 0.2.2 release, with some crash/bug fixes, and.. : * Collision processing issues (may fall through the ground). And this looks like your 2nd description.
