A coworker gave me a 1992 GMC Sonoma on the condition that I repair it. Of course I'm going to fix it! I put a used battery in it this last Sunday, but it was raining so I didn't figure out why it isn't starting. too bad I didn't take any pics of it to post here I'll have to snap a few this weekend when I go out to my inlaws to work on it this weekend. If you got any questions give me a hoy and I'll try and help you where I can Re: What car do you drive? [IRL] - Cyrix404 - 11-18-2012 I'm figuring it's some sort of spark or fuel issue, as to why it won't start. Wish I could wrangle the time to get it sorted... Re: What car do you drive? [IRL] - Agent - 11-19-2012 Mine, Volvo V40 99' 2000T I love this car, the steering wheel is a little sensitive but its a matter of time to get used to it. http://up358.siz.co.il/up3/zoi2ztmg1ut2.jpg Re: What car do you drive? Yeah fuel too, check the filter and suck some out of the tank see what it looks like, becareful tho it taste terrible I know from experience Nice car Agent Re: What car do you drive? [IRL] - Cyrix404 - 11-23-2012 Well, finally got someone to assist me with the truck so I could troubleshoot it, and figured out that it's getting fuel in the throttle body, so it is definitely a spark issue. I didn't have my tools with me so I couldn't check the distributor, rotor or coilpack. Still, it's great news the fuel delivery is not the issue! |
