Ok Hi Folks

As u can see my subject i Need a program so i can make some Videos Like create a whole video about samp fights ,Anyway anyone that can Hook me up with a program Good one let me know ...  :+

i'd recommended it only for people with a higher IQ than 5, so i'm not sure if u should use it.

As was already said, to record, fraps is the best one.

I advise you to use Sony Vegas to edit it.

I got fraps as i'm using it to record ,,,,But i need a program To make!! Video like putting my own things In it Like picture a little clip!! u knoww

u mean upload it?if u do then go to youtube and click the upload tab
